I rented a car through BJ's travel from Enterprise (confirmation # 791419750COUNT). When I got to enterprise they showed me 3 vehicles. I requested a mid size SUV. 2 of the vehicles I would call small and the 3rd was my own car a 2004 Jeep. Yes they showed me my own car! For an extra charge they had a minivan and the Buick Enclave. I guess having a reservation meant nothing. I ended up with the Enclave which cost me an additional $80. I told them I had insurance through BJ's and they said it does not show up and that I should take their insurance (95.92). I already paid BJ's for the insurance. Tax was 19.99%! Is that legit? I don't feel I should have been charged an upgrade since they didn't have any mid size SUV's, I should not have been charged for the insurance since I did in fact have insurance. I question the 19.99% tax.
