  • awful....go directly to the cruise line

    So very disappointed. I cruise RCCL every spring. This year...I decided to go with BJ's....the ONLY perk was a small store GC for booking with them. Their prices and onboard credits were the same as booking directly with RCCL. I had several issues with clerical mistake with my reservations...nothing could be changed directly with RCCL....kept going back and waiting on long hold times to request corrections with BJS.   • Booked a couple of reservations for hotels with BJ's travel

    In regards to booking hotels, I will never do again with BJ's Travel! First booking was on Gulf side of Tampa, Blind Pass, St. Pete Beach! Filthy bathroom. Desk Clerk told us the cleaning lady didn't finish cleaning because she went home sick.(have pictures) Next booking I had was for International Palms Oceanfront Resort Cocoa Beach, online had great reviews and pictures. When we arrived the room smelled like vomit and urine, the phone was busted in pieces, placed looked nothing like the pictures.
