    I called agent to book an inclusive vacation trip to Cancun in the summer . After spending almost an hour on the phone with an agent , I got a confirmation email about booking a trip. After checking the email I found the agent booked wrong as she booked for us only 1 room instead 2 rooms requested . Then I spent almost another hour on hold so she can cancel the booking. Then I was told the cancellation was all set. A month after I got the bill from the credit card company showing that I got credit only a quarter of what I paid for the trip.
