Bad customer service and poor communication from bjs travel - Trip to punta Cana

I called agent to book an inclusive vacation trip to Cancun in the summer . After spending almost an hour on the phone with an agent , I got a confirmation email about booking a trip. After checking the email I found the agent booked wrong as she booked for us only 1 room instead 2 rooms requested . Then I spent almost another hour on hold so she can cancel the booking. Then I was told the cancellation was all set. A month after I got the bill from the credit card company showing that I got credit only a quarter of what I paid for the trip. I was told that the partial refund was for the resort but not the air flight refund . This is rediculous as the agent book me an inclusive trip including the air fight and the resort. Once the reservation was cancelled I should get the full amount refunded. I called bjs to dispute the charge and credit . After spending an hour on hold with switching from one line to another line they kept asking about my email and phone numbers . I told them the numbers I always use with my email of which i received the trip confirmation . They kept telling me that they can't help since I failed the security questions . I have been trying to call them few days after and got the same response . I was so upset as I have told them all possible emails and phone numbers of my extended family with a hope that they will say yes to refund me. I was so desperate and cried over that I can provide them with all other info to prove that I was the one who paid the trip before . I had my credit card numbers handy, email with the confirmation itinerary, the name of the person who booked for me but they said no except providing them the email and phone numbers . I think they purposefully accused me that I gave out the wrong info didn't match with what they had so they can get away from giving me the refund . I have asked the speak to the manager so they can look into the problem. They asked me to hold for 39 minutes and hung up the phone after that. This had been going for 2 weeks and my refund didn't go any where. I was so frustrating with the fact that my name with the phone numbers and email were saved as I booked with them a cruise trip the year before . When I first dial bjs travel to ask for a quote they knew me immediately and said They have all my info as I was booking with them before . Now when it gets to the point that they didn't refund they play the dump game that they couldn't recognize who I am. I was very upset and will not book or recommend bjs to anyone anymore. I am a big shopper with bjs but bjs travel is the worst ever in my experience . I have to call my credit card company to ask them for help to dispute this charge from their fault
